1. Confirm your order
Once the payment has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm the order you placed. If you do not receive the confirmation in time: check your spam box.

2. Processing
We kindly ask you to give us 1-3 working days for quality control and to arrange the best shipment for you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all items within the united states, with delivery expected in 8-12 business days. You can also request express shipping for an additional charge, which delivers in 4 to 9 days.

Note: For orders containing multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

• The time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

• Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days.
